General provisions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, and define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the reservation ofApartmentsand Houses("The Services") offered by LE 10HONFLEUR ("The Provider") to consumers ("The Client").
The Customer is obliged to read them before making a reservation. The choice and purchase of a Service is the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Client declares that he has read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and has accepted them before concluding the contract for the provision of Services. Validation of the order for Services by the Client implies acceptance without restriction or reservation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including those applicable to other marketing channels for the Services.

These general terms and conditions also include the Customer Privacy Policy. By accepting these general terms and conditions, the customer expressly accepts the provisions of this Charter.

Booking Conditions

Reservations can be made by the client on the Provider's website (www.le10honfleur.com) or directly by telephone or e-mail.

For all reservations, the name of the bearer of the means of payment must be identical to that used at the time of the reservation. To this end, the supplier reserves the right to ask the Client for a photo of him/her with the means of payment in hand. In case of doubt and inconsistency, the Provider shall not be liable and may unilaterally cancel the said reservation without any penalty.

It is the Client's responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and to report any errors immediately.
The sale of Services shall only be deemed final after the Provider has sent the Client confirmation of acceptance of the order and after the Provider has collected the full price and the full deposit due.

The prices indicated are per Apartmentand/or Housefor the number of person(s) and date(s) selected.
Prices are confirmed to the client in the commercial currency of our residences, i.e. the Euro, and are only valid for the period indicated on the site.

All bookings, irrespective of their origin, are payable in the local currency of our Housesand Apartments, unless special arrangements are made on site.

Unless otherwise stated, additional services (extra cleaning, etc.) are not included in the price.
The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the prices indicated on the date of invoicing. The same applies to the tourist tax.
Any change or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will automatically be reflected in the prices indicated on the date of the invoice.
The rates may be increased by different taxes depending on the city/country. The Client undertakes to pay the various taxes, without any dispute.

Photos and evolution of Apartmentsand Houses:
For the improvement of our accommodation and the comfort of our clients, the Service Provider can change the decoration and/or the organisation of certain spaces, while preserving the spirit of the place and the capacity of each accommodation.

Cancellation policy

The customer is reminded, for accommodation services, in accordance with Article L. 221-28, paragraph 12, of the Consumer Code, that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 222-18 of the Consumer Code, which is excluded for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or for a specific period.

The specific conditions of the booking specify the terms of cancellation and/or modification of the booking:
- If cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the amount will be refunded
- If cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the price of the stay will be charged
- If cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, in case of deposit, full refund (excluding bank transfer fees)

Where the particular conditions of the booking allow: cancellation or modification of the booking can be made directly with 10Honfleur, by email or telephone.
In the event of cancellation by 10Honfleur, a 100% refund will be made.
In case of interruption of the stay (i.e. in case of unexpected departure of the client) no refund will be made.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the Apartmentsare available from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and the client must leave the room before 12 noon on the last day of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in an additional night's stay being charged.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for any disruption caused by climatic phenomena. Any stay that we are obliged to cancel in whole or in part will involve the reimbursement of the sums paid by the client in full or in proportion without the latter being able to claim any compensation. Any stay interrupted by the client, for whatever reason, cannot give rise to a refund.

Falsified reservations

In the event of a fraudulent booking, any amounts not actually paid will not be deducted from the normal rental amount.

Maximum occupancy

The maximum number of persons for each accommodation (as indicated on the advertisement of the accommodation) is limited to the number initially foreseen at the time of the reservation and may not exceed the authorised number, even for a simple visit this number remains maximum.

Any request for additional travellers (if the accommodation capacity allows it) must be made at least 48 hours before arrival.

Length of stay

In all cases, the client will be informed of the price to be paid according to the number of nights booked and this price will be deemed to have been accepted by the client when he/she pays his/her first deposit. If the booking is made through a portal, there may be additional costs charged by this portal.

Our Apartmentsand Housesare usually rented for 2 nights up to a maximum of 21 days.

Some Apartmentscan be rented exceptionally for 1 night only, depending on the availability calendar. The price will then be different from the price for 2 or more nights.

Awards

The prices quoted are based on the economic situation at the time of your booking.
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any change in price.
We reserve the right to add the price of any services you may have requested prior to the date of your stay.

Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.
The balance of the rent is payable thirty (30) days before the arrival date.

Included in the price:

- End of stay cleaning (excluding dishes)
- Bed, bath and kitchen linen
- Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner)
- Coffee, tea, herbal tea capsules, basic groceries
- Water / Hot water
- Free Wifi
- Private parking for some Apartments/Houses

Rental rules

- All Apartmentsand Housesof the 10Honfleur, as well as their entrance halls or common areas, are NON-SMOKING.
- No parties or soirées.
- No noise pollution after 22:00.
- Pets:
Only dogs are allowed in certain accommodations (La HouseBlanche, La Terrasse, Le Duplex) upon request with prior approval and a supplement of 20 euros per stay.
Pet owners are responsible for their dogs and are obliged to clean up after their pets. Dogs are not allowed on the sofas, beds and other furniture. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional cleaning charges.
Pets must be up to date on rabies and all other vaccinations. All pets must be treated for fleas and ticks three (3) days prior to arrival. All of the above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The owners of the furnished property accept no responsibility for any illness or injury that may occur to humans or pets during the stay.

Bonding, Commitment and Client Liability

On arrival you will be asked to pay a security deposit by cash, cheque or credit card. The security deposit is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.

Bonds for Apartmentsand Housesrange from €500 to €2000.
* No damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
* No charges incurred as a result of illegal activity, animals and that paid services rendered during the stay are properly paid for.
* All debris, rubbish and waste is placed in a dumpster.
* Clean dishes are taken out of the dishwasher and put away in the cupboards.
* Furniture, books, toys and board games are put away and returned to their original place.
* The exterior (terraces and gardens) must be left in the same condition as when you arrived (garden furniture put away, ashtrays emptied...).
* All keys are left visible on the dining room table.
All keys are left in plain view on the dining room table * Remote controls for televisions and fans in place next to each TV.
* All charges incurred during the stay are paid before departure.
* No sheets or towels are lost or damaged.
* The tenant has not been evicted by the owner (or owner's representative) or by local law enforcement.

If the Client is responsible for damage caused by misuse of the accommodation and the payment of repairs or replacement of damaged items will be at the Client's expense, they will be deducted from the deposit in the first instance and charged in addition if the deposit is insufficient or in full if the deposit was not requested at the beginning of the stay.

The customer is solely responsible for the choice of services and the choice of establishment booked via the 10honfleur.com website and their suitability for his/her needs.

The customer is also solely responsible for the information provided in the context of the reservations made, so that he/she will have to bear full responsibility for any erroneous or fraudulent information provided.

The customer undertakes to comply with French legislation and regulations, as well as with the clauses stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. 

By making a definitive reservation, the client undertakes to pay the full price (including taxes).

Any reservation or payment that is irregular, inoperative, incomplete or fraudulent for a reason attributable to the client will result in the cancellation of the reservation at the client's expense, without prejudice to any compensation action against the client.

The client accepts and undertakes to use theApartmentin good manners. Any behaviour contrary to good morals and public order will lead the operator to ask the client to leave the establishment immediately without any compensation and/or without any refund if a payment has already been made.

The client also undertakes to ensure that the computer resources made available by the establishment (in particular the computer equipment and the Wi-Fi network) are not used in any way for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a related right, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games, without the authorisation of the holders of the rights provided for in books I and II of the intellectual property code when such authorisation is required. The customer undertakes not to consult any illicit content. The client is also required to comply with the security policy of the establishment's Internet access provider, including the rules for using the security measures implemented to prevent the illicit use of computer resources and to refrain from any act that undermines the effectiveness of these measures.

Le 10Honfleur declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage of the clients' belongings during their stay.

The client will be held responsible for any damage, deterioration, act of vandalism which could occur as a result of the occupation of the premises, committed by himself or by the occupants or the personnel for whom he is responsible, both to the goods, works and equipment in the rooms and common areas and to the Internet network made available to him, such as loss of data, viruses, breakdown of service.

Do not throw : Wipes, sanitary towels etc. in the toilets (only toilet paper in reasonable quantities).
There is a waste bin next to each toilet. If something is found to have been thrown in and is blocking the drainage system, you may be liable for the costs of unblocking the drains in the accommodation and at House.

Pre-contractual information - Customer acceptance

The Customer acknowledges having been informed, prior to the immediate purchase or the placing of the order and the conclusion of the contract, in a clear and comprehensible manner, of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and of all the information listed in Article L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code and in particular the following information:
- the essential characteristics of the Service
- the price of the Services and related costs
- the cancellation conditions
- information relating to the identity of the Service Provider, its postal, telephone and electronic contact details, and its activities, if they are not apparent from the context
- the functionalities of the digital content and, if applicable, its interoperability
